A Remarkable Gift From The Class of 1965

This year at Reunion Weekend, the class of 1965 came together to present Salem College with an astonishing gift. The Class of 1965 raised $3 million dollars and presented President Summer McGee with the news this month during a Reunion Weekend celebration. 

Salem College prides itself on its exceptional network of committed, intelligent, and worldly alumni. The Class of 1965 will be honored for their contributions at the center of campus, in the square outside the Student Center. The Student Center Plaza will now be called, “The Spirit of 1965 Plaza.”

Thank you to the Class of 1965 for their efforts and for their never-ending love and support for their Salem College community!
